Deliveries
Although Graaff-Reinet Hardware is situated in Graaff-Reinet, we are proud to supply to the whole of the greater Karoo area.
Conditions
We have never, and still strive to never charge for our deliveries. Know that this would be our last possible resort.
Our deliveries are subject to a specific schedule, and then to whether the sale(s) warrant the trip. We have a fleet of different size vehicles to accommodate the most effective, and cost effective delivery system possible. Deliveries according to the schedule found below.
Please note that in order to plan the appropriate vehicle, all orders for outlying areas need to be placed at at the latest 16:00 on the previous working day (12:00 on Saturdays for Mondays deliveries)
Some large orders like Cement and bricks may need deliveries with larger transport. This might mean your delivery does not take place at the above times, and in extreme cases in two or three partial loads.
Additional trips and deliveries might be arranged, provided it is requested at least 3 days in advance and it warrants a full load. Additional cost might be involved.
Delivery Schedules
Deliveries in Graaff-Reinet:
Subject to available vehicles and orders. Please note that if a delivery goes out at 09:00 it might have 6-7 drop-of points. The delivery is planned according to the most cost effective route, and the first stop might not be you. Your order will be delivered.
Deliveries in town takes place at least 4 times per day (Saturdays only the first two).
First trip:
Local orders placed after 16:00 of the previous day and placed before 08:30 of the given day is scheduled for 09:00 deliveries.
Second Trip:
Occurs around 11:30 -12:00.
Third trip:
Occurs around 14:00.
Last trip for the day:
at 16:00
Should there be additional orders – more trips will added.

We collect from Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha).
Deliver to Nieu-Bethesda and sometimes farms surrounding Graaff-Reinet.
We deliver in the gereral direction of Middelburg, but if orders allow – we deliver as far as Springfontein, Hanover, de Aar and Colesburg.
Delivery to Aberdeen, (Willowmore and Steytlerville every alternate week) the alternating week is reserved for deliveries to Loxton and Carnarvon.
